The Hirer agrees with the Owner Accent Party Hire as

follows:–

• All prices quoted are for a daily/weekend hire only.
• Late returns will be charged an additional fee.
• Damaged and /or shortages will be charged for.
• A cleaning charge will apply for all goods not returned clean.
• Please check all goods upon receipt as Accent accepts no claims after 24 hours.
• A deposit is required on all bookings.
• The Hirer agrees that Accent may terninate this agreement and recover possession of the equipment hired at any time.
• The Hirer agrees to pay Accent for any goods/equipment lost or stolen while on hire at the full replacement cost of said item/s.
• Accent shall not be liable for any damage or loss to person, property, animal or things whatsoever arising from the carriage, use or handling in any way of the goods hereby hired even though such loss may result from negligence of Accent, its carriers or agents. The customer will indemnify Accent in respect of any claims for such loss or damage.
